  The Terrace Bistro opened in November 2008 and has quickly become a popular restaurant in the area offering a mouth-watering menu to suit diners wanting a light lunch on the run or those enjoying a long leisurely dinner. Everything is made to order and uses fine Yorkshire ingredients sourced by our head chef and adopted Yorkshireman, Rudi Heer. From the sausages for breakfast to the steaks at dinner, Rudi knows exactly which butcher they
are from and will know them personally.

As the name suggests The Terrace also has a lovely alfresco seating area for drinking and dining. Open from 11am - 11pm seven days a week, the Terrace is a friendly relaxing bistro where you can enjoy a leisurely drink after work or catch up after a conference, unwind
after a day shopping or meet up with friends for a relaxed bite to eat.

The Cullinan Restaurant
In keeping with our diamond heritage the Cullinan Restaurant is named after the largest
rough diamond ever found. Some of the 105 individual diamonds cut from the Cullinan diamond can be seen in the British Crown Jewels.

The Cullinan can seat a maximum of 80 people serving a specially selected
Menu chosen by Rudi Heer using only the finest, freshest ingredients.
